Warranty and Return Policy
Mooniva 365 Warranty
Mooniva will guarantee many of its products for up to 365 days. If the product has manufacturing defects, we will be happy to send you a new one as replacement.
Not all products will last 365 days in their normal usage life. Hence we limits our Warranty only to the following products:
- Leather Belts
- Belt Buckles
- Jewelry: Only stainless steel, silver and gemstone based jewelries
This list will be updated when we have new products launched. See the return/exchange policy on how to return the existing damaged product. We will ship you the new replacement once we receive your return.
Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. But we do carry our replacement policy that will honor the replacement of the belt if the belt has shorter than expected life. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to get the replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ship the item back with tracking number and email the tracking number with the following information to "email@example.com":
- Order number
- Return reasons
- Return shipment tracking number
- Return shipping vendor (USPS, FedEx, UPS...etc.)
Please pack the following items in the return package:
- items to be returned
- copy of the receipts
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 2376 Royal Lane #59625 Dallas Texas US 75229. Your email should have the following information:
- Order number
- Return shipping tracking number
- Return shippping vendor (USPS, UPS, FedEx...etc.)
- Reason for exchange
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2376 Royal Lane #59625 Dallas Texas US 75229
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
